The Miami Trace seventh grade Lady Panthers returned from Christmas break ready to continue their winning streak.

On Jan. 9, the Lady Panthers traveled to Lynchburg-Clay where they came away with a 39-5 victory.

Leading the scoring for the Panthers was Mallory Lovett with 16 points and Hillary Jacobs with 10.

Also scoring for the Panthers: Hillary McCoy with five, Gracey Ferguson with four, Kennedy Kingery and Haleigh Moore with two each.

On Jan. 11, the Panthers hosted Chillicothe and defeated the Cavaliers, 33-7.

Mallory Lovett and Hillary Jacobs led the scoring with 10 points and eight points, respectively. Haleigh Moore added six, Kennedy Kingery added five and Gracey Ferguson chipped in with four.

On Jan. 18, the Lady Panthers traveled to Hillsboro, defeating the Indians 58-15.

Mallory Lovett led all scorers with 25 points and Hillary Jacob added 18.

Kennedy Kingery scored five points with Hillary McCoy and Haleigh Moore added four each and Kymberly Fisher scored two. Also contributing to the win were Katie Hicks, Audrey Craig, and Jana Griffith.

Saturday, Jan. 20 saw the Lady Panthers travel to Piketon to take on their undefeated team. The Panthers came out victorious 36-21. Mallory Lovett led the scoring with 18 points. Hillary Jacob added eight, Hillary McCoy and Audrey Craig scored four each and Gracey Ferguson scored one basket for two points.

On Jan. 22 the Panthers, hosed Jackson handing them a 58-5 defeat. It was a great team effort with every player scoring. Mallory Lovett scored 14, Gracey Ferguson 13, Hillary McCoy 11, Audrey Craig six, Haleigh Moore four and Katie Hicks, Kymberly Fisher, Hillary Jacob, Jana Griffith and Kennedy Kingery each tallied two points.

The Lady Panthers now stand at 12-0 on the season.
