The Miami Trace Panthers boys golf team captured the McClain quad meet on Aug. 31, played at Buckeye Hills.

The Panthers shot a team score of 175.

Wilmington edged McClain for second place with a 188 (to McClain’s 189) and Chillicothe shot a 217.

The Panthers’ Mitchell Creamer was medalist with the low score of 37.

Also for Miami Trace, Tyler Eggleton shot a 41, Lucas Shaw shot a 47, Ashton Cox and Drew Stevens each had a score of 50 and Cameron Carter shot a 55.

For McClain, T. Newkirk shot a 40 and A. Payton shot a 42.

For Wilmington, D. Carey shot 45 and H. Deweese had a 45.

For the Cavaliers, S. McKorkle had a score of 49.
