Lady Lions beat Lady Panthers in season-opening bowling match

The Washington Lady Blue Lion bowling team hosted the Miami Trace Lady Panthers Wednesday, Nov. 30.

It was the season-opening match for both teams.

Washington won the match, 1,814 to 1,680.

Washington was led by seniors Kelsey Potts and Kalee Crowe.

Potts led the team with a 182 individual game score.

Crowe rolled a 178 individual score.

Freshman Linsdey Buckner added to the effort with a 163.

Miami Trace was led by senior Macy Detty with a 171 high game.

After individual games Washington led with a 1,386 to Miami Trace’s 1,290.

After three baker games, Washington posted the final total of 1,814 to Miami Trace’s 1,680.

Washington and Miami Trace host McClain for their next match Saturday at 9 a.m.
