The boys Division II soccer Sectional tournament drawing for the Southeast District has been announced.
Miami Trace is seeded No. 4 with a record of 9-4-1.
The Panthers will host Logan Elm (No. 5 seed, 6-5-2) Thursday, Oct. 20 at 5 p.m.
The winner of that game wins the Sectional and will advance to the District tournament Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 5 p.m.
Fairland is a No. 8 seed with a record of 6-4-3. They will host Portsmouth West (No. 9 seed, 2-11) on Monday, Oct. 17.
The winner of the Fairland-West match will play at No. 1 seed Athens (7-4) Thursday, Oct. 20 at 5 p.m.
The team that emerges out of those three teams will play the winner of the Miami Trace-Logan Elm match Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 5 p.m.
The Washington Blue Lions are in the bottom part of the upper bracket.
Washington is seeded No. 6 with a record of 7-6.
The Blue Lions will open the tournament at No. 3 seed Zane Trace (10-3-1) Thursday, Oct. 20 at 5 p.m.
The winner of that match is a Sectional champion and will play the winner of the Warren (No. 2 seed, 5-4-2) vs South Point (No. 7 seed, 6-5-1) match in the District semifinals Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m.
Chillicothe (13-1-1) is the No. 1 seed in the upper half of the bracket. They will host the winner of the Unioto (No. 9, 3-6-1) vs Circleville (No. 8, 4-6-4) on Oct. 20.
Marietta (No. 4, 6-5-2) and Jackson (No. 5, 4-7-2) will play each other and the winner will likely play Chillicothe in the District semifinals on Oct. 26.
The McClain Tigers (No. 7, 5-8) will host Hillsboro (No. 10, 2-11) on Monday, Oct. 17.
They will battle to see who gets to travel to Fairfield Union to take on the No. 2 seed Falcons (11-2-1).
Gallia Academy (No. 3, 9-4) will host Waverly (No. 6, 7-4) for the right to play either McClain, Hillsboro or Fairfield Union in the District semifinals.
