Miami Trace returns to the classroom

Miami Trace Elementary students could be seen Monday afternoon in the gymnasium burning off extra energy. Miami Trace Local Schools started the 2016-17 school year on Monday with students returning to the classrooms in most buildings.

Several students were in the media center enjoying a story.

Onesti Evans started her last “first day of school” Monday at Miami Trace Elementary as she entered the fifth grade this year.

Elementary students exit the buses before school on Monday morning and were greeted by teachers, administration and other kids.
