According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 20

Theft/Criminal Damaging: At 12:24 p.m., Christopher Cottrill, of New Holland, reported the theft of a generator from his truck bed while his truck was parked at Roosters. Damage was also caused to his vehicle during the theft. Two suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Nov. 19

Theft: At 9:30 p.m., Paul Simmons reported that his mother’s vehicle was parked behind The Willow, located at 203 S. Glenn Ave. The vehicle had been left unlocked and an unknown person entered the vehicle and stole items.

Nov. 18

Criminal Damaging/Theft: At 8:44 a.m., an employee of Atwell LLC stayed overnight at Holiday Inn, located at 101 Courthouse Parkway. The employee reported that an unknown person busted a window out and stole several pieces of equipment from the work truck.

Nov. 16

Possession of Drugs: At 9:13 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the traffic stop, the passenger, Aaron Wilson, was arrested for active warrants. K-9 officer “Edox” was utilized to conduct a free air sniff of the vehicle. Edox made an indication on the vehicle. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, suspected narcotics were located.

Nov. 15

Criminal Damaging: At 10:32 a.m., officers made contact with the complainant who advised someone had damaged her door overnight. A report for criminal damaging was taken.

Theft: At 2:05 p.m., officers made contact with the victim, who advised that sometime overnight unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and stole items. A report was completed.

Theft: At 7:38 p.m., officers made contact with the victim, who advised that overnight unknown person(s) entered her vehicle and stole items. A report was taken.
