Lige D. Browning, 51, Shreveport, La., fugitive of justice.

Sept. 27

Andrea N. Morisky, 23, Wilmington, speed.

Ashley N. Smith, 32, 716 Aspen Drive, endangering children (third-degree felony) (eight counts).

Amber N. Doctor, 29, Sabina, bench warrant – failure to comply.
