A Washington C.H. man was arraigned Tuesday on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 13-year-old minor.

Kevin B. Matthews, 48, appeared in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas following an indictment handed down earlier this month.

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in 2015 and 2016.

The grand jurors further specified that the offender is 10 or more years older than the minor child.
