Aug. 20

Michael D. Leisure II, 41, 821 Vine St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Durant E. Peters, 44, at large, felony bench warrant – Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, failure to comply (first-degree misdemeanor), obstructing (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (second-degree misdemeanor).

Cassy R. Greene, 35, 720 Broadway St., bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Aug. 19

Desirae N. Morgan, 36, Manchester, Ohio, license forfeiture suspension, fictitious plates.

Jerrod L. Bartruff, 46, 1102 Solid Rock Blvd., criminal trespass (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Darian C. Brown, 28, 720 Broadway St., license forfeiture suspension.

Amy J. Brown, 43, 204 River Road, failure to reinstate, OVI, OVI per se over .08.

Karen E. McCullum, 20, 835 Linden Ave., license forfeiture suspension.
