Theft: At 5:56 p.m., the victim came to the Washington Court House Police Department to report a theft. The victim advised that his catalytic converter was stolen from his vehicle. The victim was advised a report would be completed.

July 19

Theft: At 12:57 p.m., the victim came to the Washington Court House Police Department to report a theft. The victim advised that since the end of June, multiple rings have been stolen from her residence.
