According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 7

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 9:16 p.m. after arresting Hubert Green, of New Holland, on an outstanding warrant, a syringe commonly used to ingest drugs was located in Green’s pocket. Charges were filed.

July 6

Telecommunications Harassment: At 8:01 p.m., a Village Court resident advised that her estranged wife had violated a restraining order by harassment using a telecommunications device. She was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.
