Menacing: At 3:35 p.m., a menacing complaint was received from a resident on East Temple Street. The suspect has been identified and the resident has been referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

Theft: At 7:11 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to a theft. The suspects have been identified and charges are pending.
