According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dogs Running at Large: At 2:58 p.m., officers responded to Kennedy Avenue in reference to two dogs that ran loosed and killed two cats. The owner of the dogs, Sarah Kidwell, of South Fayette Street, was able to contain the dogs and was cited.

Assault: At 11:08 p.m., a woman reported that she was assaulted by a known male. Isaiah Leasure, of Carolyn Road, was arrested in the incident.
