According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 21

Criminal Damaging: At 8:22 a.m., Lance Tyree, of North North Street, reported damage to his property.

Theft: At 3:56 p.m., employees of Family Dollar reported the theft of merchandise. The offender was identified and charges are pending.

April 20

Assault: At 7:24 a.m., Jack Hall, of Willard Street, reported that he was assaulted by a known offender while leaving work at Richelieu Foods. The victim was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

Theft: At 9:34 a.m., a representative of Adult Protective Services reported the possible monetary extortion of one of their clients by a family member. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

April 19

Criminal Damaging: At 11:26 a.m., Michael Merritt, of Eastern Avenue, reported that damage had been caused to his vehicle. A suspect has been identified and the victim was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.
