According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Disorderly Conduct: At 10:46 a.m., Dustin Gulley, of Maple Street, was charged with disorderly conduct after officers could hear him screaming from inside his residence as they drove by.

Protection Order Violation: At 9:08 p.m., a woman reported a protection order violation. She was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.
