According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 4

Theft: At 12:42 p.m., an employee of Family Farm and Home reported the theft of approximately 75 pallets.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 7:15 p.m. while on a traffic stop, an officer observed a bag containing suspected drugs. A glass pipe commonly used to ingest drugs were also located. Richard Tolle II, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with the possession of paraphernalia.

Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication: At 8:32 p.m., officers responded to Washington Avenue in reference to a male who appeared to be unconscious. Upon arrival, contact was made with Dejuan Barefield, of Fourth Street, was found very intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Barefield was arrested and transported to the jail.
