Haley M. Large, 23, Somerset, Ohio, speed.

Tyler M. Rinehart, 28, at large, civil protection order violation (fifth-degree felony).

Dylan Fowler, 22, 902 Yeoman St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Lance E. Tyree, 50, 613 N. North St., non-compliance suspension, expired tags.
