According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Feb. 10

Intimidation of a Witness/Receiving Stolen Property/Possession of Drugs: At 5:32 p.m., officers responded to Fayette Pharmacy in reference to a male, later identified as Jarrod Nebbergall of Rawling Street, attempting to fill a prescription that was not his. During the investigation, officers learned that the prescription had been stolen out of a vehicle in Sabina. After being arrested, Nebbergall threatened two witnesses involved in the incident.

Feb. 9

Disorderly Conduct: At 2:25 a.m. while on patrol, officers located an intoxicated male, Baron Blair of Rawling Street, walking in the middle of the roadway on South Elm Street. He was given a warning and advised to stay on the sidewalk or to the left side of the roadway as much as possible. Shortly after departing, Blair was seen skipping on the yellow center line and was nearly struck by a vehicle traveling on South Elm Street. Blair was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
