According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Feb. 2

Theft: At 9:02 p.m., John Hawkins, of North Fayette Street, reported transactions on his checking account that he did not authorize. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Jan. 31

Theft of a Motor Vehicle: At 11:43 a.m., Charles Hayner, of Warren Avenue, reported the theft of his vehicle. The vehicle was later located and returned to the owner. The incident is still under investigation.
