According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Jan. 10

Disorderly Conduct: At 11:46 a.m., Michael Lowe, at large, was arrested after he was observed walking down the center of East Court Street waving his hands uncontrollably. Lowe admitted to consuming drugs earlier in the day.

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 1:25 p.m., officers responded to Kroger in reference to a possible overdose. Angela Davis, of Washington-Waterloo Road, was arrested after officers found her to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
