According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 29

Traffic Stop: At 12:43 a.m. while on patrol, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the stop, the driver consented for the officer to search the vehicle. While conducting the search, a needle was located. Stephen L. Wilson was arrested and charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument.

Wanted Person: At 2:37 p.m., officers responded to 331 Rose Ave. in reference to a wanted person at the residence. Officers located the wanted person and took the male into custody. During a search incident to the arrest, the male was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Slade A. Harr Jr. was arrested on the outstanding bench warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
