According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 22

Trespassing: At 2:26 p.m., officers responded to 1024 E. Paint St. in reference to a trespassing complaint. The complainant advised that a male was observed going into a vacant home. Officers arrived and located a male inside. The male had an active warrant for his arrest and was arrested. Brian Hinkley was charged with trespassing along with the outstanding bench warrant for his arrest.

Disturbance: At 5:15 p.m., officers responded to 555 Depot Drive Apt. 15 in reference to a disturbance between a male and female. Officers arrived and interviewed the parties involved. The male continued with his disruptive behavior after being given warnings to cease. The male was subsequently arrested and resisted arrest. Brian Wilson was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Theft: At 8:58 p.m., the victim, Logan Rhoades, reported that he was at Court House Fitness, located at 215 E. Court St. The male left earphones on a bench and departed. The victim realized that he had forgotten his earphones and returned. The victim was unable to locate the earphones and reported them stolen.
