According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 18

Criminal Damaging: At 1:08 p.m., Ron Palmer Jr. reported that an unknown person drove a vehicle through his yard, causing sod damage.

Theft of Motor Vehicle: At 1:38 p.m., Charles Elzey reported that his vehicle had been stolen from his property.

Theft: At 1:38 p.m., an officer responded to Walmart in reference to a theft complaint. Walmart loss prevention reported that a male entered the store and selected merchandise from inside the store. The male then went to customer service and returned the merchandise, and obtained a refund for merchandise he did not purchase.

Menacing: At 3:52 p.m., Karen Jones reported that she received a phone call. During the phone call, a female made threats of physical harm to her. Jones was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.
