Joshua W. Coakley, 30, Portsmouth, Union County – failure to comply.

Marc J. Fetter, 50, 1215 Washington Ave., grand jury indictment – aggravated possession of drugs.

Lucy A. Cartwright, 84, 1007 Country Club Court, failure to assure clear distance ahead.

Amber R. Frederick, 32, 1429 Forest St., no operator’s license.

Clifford D. Morris, 35, 401 E. Elm St., possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Melissa R. Walters, 47, 816 Yeoman St., possession of drug abuse instruments (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Amanda K. Cox, 34, 602 Peabody Ave., civil protection order violation.

Timothy W. Hodson, 31, 841 Linden Ave., theft, bench warrant – failure to appear (four counts).

Destiny H.B. Lewis, 21, Bloomingburg, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft.

Dustin A. Gulley, 38, 725 Maple St., domestic (first-degree misdemeanor).
