Robert Penwell, 40, 223 W. Oak St., bench warrant – failure to appear (two counts).

Bradley A. Neitz, 38, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply.

James Hayner, 30, Circleville, non-compliance suspension.

William Z. Wolfe, 28, 240 Chestnut St., disorderly conduct.

Jack B. Carr, 62, 2975 Prairie Road NW, failure to control.

Mikka D. Winters, 31, at large, warrant – breaking & entering (fifth-degree felony).

Paul Myers, 42, 1400 Grace St., driving under suspension.

Tabitha Pennington, 44, Circleville, Circleville Police Department warrant.

Jonathan L. Owens, 24, Nashville, Tenn., improper backing.
