According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 17

Disturbance: At 3:21 a.m., officers located a male and female engaged in a loud argument in the area of Delaware Street near Rose Avenue. This same couple had been given a disorderly conduct warning earlier in the evening. Tisha Bennett and James Green were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 16

Suspicious Person: At 2:47 a.m., officers responded to the area of 240 Chestnut St. in reference to a male running up and down the alley yelling and acting erratic. Officers arrived and located the male who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The male was subsequently arrested. William Z. Wolfe was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Intoxicated Person: At 4:05 a.m., officers responded to 806 Washington Ave. in reference to an intoxicated person. Officers arrived and spoke with the male. The male was given a disorderly conduct warning and advised any further issues could result in an arrest. The same male was in the area of Court Street at North Street and was arrested. Roy Perkins was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 15

Intoxicated Person: At 7:42 p.m., officers responded to the area of Paint Street at Delaware Street in reference to a male passed out in a yard. Officers arrived and located a male who was very intoxicated on alcohol. Officers discovered that the male had a warrant for his arrest. Scott Dailey was arrested for an outstanding warrant and disorderly conduct.
