Mark A. Rittenhouse, 50, 631 E. Market St., inducing panic.

Tiffany A. Hubbell, 29, 413 Lewis St., non-compliance suspension.

Raymond Snyder, 49, 413 Lewis St., wrongful entrustment.

Nadine Burlile, 31, 1025 Dayton Ave. Lot 18, speed 41/25, non-compliance suspension.

Jewel Penwell, 36, 233 W. Oak St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Shawn L. Lowe, 36, 427 Millikan Ave., menacing (summons).

Nevaeh Childs, 18, 711 Campbell St., assault.

Lauren Palmer, 31, Jeffersonville, enter road from private drive violation.

Ruby Treadway, 49, 320 N. Hinde St., Athens County warrant – non-support.
