According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Sept. 29

Theft: At 10:06 a.m., Crescentia Stokovich reported that sometime overnight an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole property.

Theft: At 3:07 p.m., Wendy Alltop reported that several tents were stolen from her property.

Theft: At 5:34 p.m., Briana Jeffers reported that an unknown person entered her storage unit and stole property.

Suspicious Person: At 8:55 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Broadway Street in reference to a suspicious person. Officers arrived on scene and discovered that the male had already departed. A short time later, an officer located the male in the area of Washington Avenue and South Elm Street. The male was found to be under the influence of narcotics. Blaine Bailey was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct.
