According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Sept. 19

O.V.I.: At 2:28 a.m., a traffic stop was initiated on West Paint Street near North Hinde Street for moving violations. During the stop, impairment indicators were observed from the driver, Chance T. Therrien. Standardized field sobriety testing was conducted, resulting in Therrien’s arrest. Therrien was charged with O.V.I.

Sept. 18

Disorderly Conduct: At 12:04 a.m., officers responded to the area of North North Street in reference to an intoxicated female. On arrival, officers observed Ashley Shepherd in the area. Shepherd was previously given a disorderly conduct warning and was subsequently arrested for causing additional disturbances due to her intoxication.

Criminal Damaging: At 4:15 a.m., officers responded to 410 E. Temple St. in reference to a criminal damaging complaint. The resident advised that her boyfriend kicked in her back door and departed the area prior to an officer’s arrival. The complainant requested a report be filed without any charges filed. A report was taken.

Sept. 17

Disorderly Conduct: At 6:25 p.m., the victim advised that Albert Milligan was causing a disturbance at her residence and she wanted him to leave her residence and be trespassed. On arrival, Milligan was arrested for disorderly conduct and was transported to the jail.
