Joseph C. Ward, 37, 1485 Delaware St., driving at night without motorcycle permit.

Dustin L. Leisure, 34, at large, theft (first-degree misdemeanor), vehicle trespass.

Vanessa K. Thomas, 53, 816 Washington Ave., speed.

Michael Bunnell, 68, Buchanan, Tenn., Clinton County bench warrant – failure to appear.

Steven R. Pope, 43, at large, child support suspension.

Mary S. Pope, 64, at large, wrongful entrustment.
