The Fayette County Commissioners’ weekly meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 7 instead of Monday this coming week due to Labor Day.

The agenda for the meeting includes the following:

-Roll call

-Pledge of allegiance

-Payment of bills

-Approval of minutes from the prior week’s meeting

Topics that will be addressed includes a contract amendment and an agreement.

The contract amendment that will be discussed is between Fayette County Department of Job and Family Services (FCDJFS) and Safehouse.

The agreement that will be discussed is between FCDJFS and Sojourners Care Network for services for children in the care and custody of Fayette County Children Services.
