Kylie M. McLister, 29, 512 Fifth St., speed.

Jacob L. Scott, 29, 510 E. Paint St., possession of drug abuse instruments.

Charles E. Hayner II, 31, 549 Warren Ave., failure to reinstate.

Matthew Haycook, 48, 331 N. North St., assault warrant.

Alex A. Blackburn, 28, at large, non-compliance suspension, bench warrant – failure to appear (two counts).
