According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 19

Dallas M. Whaley, 28, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant (two counts).

Matthew W. Bick, 36, Jeffersonville, disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Robert E. Penwell III, 40, at large, obstructing.

Aug. 18

Kaitlyn Althouse, 24, 1205 Gregg St., traffic control device violation.

Jason Cline, 43, 207 W. Elm St., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office probation violation warrant.

Michael E. Jackson, 52, Jeffersonville, criminal trespass.
