According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Aug. 19

Disorderly Conduct: At 4:29 a.m., officers responded to the area of Park Drive at Lindberg Avenue in reference to a male passed out in the grass. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with a male who was highly intoxicated. Matthew Bick was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct.

Identity Theft: At 2:47 p.m., Gary Speakman reported that after checking his credit report he discovered fraudulent history on the report. He reported that an unknown person used his identity to start an account with a phone provider. A report was taken.

Aug. 18

Trespassing: At 9:20 p.m., officers responded to 834 Lincoln Drive in reference to a trespassing complaint. When officers arrived, they located Michael Jackson trespassing on the property. Jackson had previously been warned that he is not allowed to be on the property and chose to ignore the warning. Jackson was arrested for criminal trespassing.
