The following crimes and traffic reports were recently released by Washington Municipal Court:

Tyrone J. Huston, Martinsville, Ohio, inducing panic, court costs $121.90, pursuant to criminal rule 5, case ordered transferred to the Fayette County Common Pleas Court for further proceedings, bond ordered continued at $1,000 own recognizance bond.

Ethan R. Kingery, 221 Gardner Court, Washington C.H., Ohio, non-compliance FRA suspension, fine $150, court costs $135, $150 fine suspended if defendant obtains operator’s license or privilege by August 1, 2021.

Tasha M. Fox, 707 Eastern Avenue, Washington C.H., Ohio, operator’s license forfeiture, fine $150, court costs $135, upon motion of the State of Ohio (WCH), charge amended from license forfeiture UM, defendant fined $150 and court costs, suspend $150 fine if defendant obtains operator’s license or privilege by September 1, 2021

Destiny M. Long, Frankfort, Ohio, theft, fine $100, court costs $250.90, defendant pled guilty per agreement, fined $100 and court costs, sentenced to 90 days jail, suspend jail, probation for 2 years, complete counseling as directed, stay out of Wal-Mart, restitution not necessary.

Jacob Davis, Ashville, Ohio, unauthorized use of property, fine $75, court costs $190, amended from theft, $75 fine and costs, defendant sentenced to 30 days jail, suspend 30 days jail if no other similar offenses for 2 years, stay away from TSC.
