Christopher Lowe, 46, at large, theft – warrant, trespass – warrant, Adult Parole Authority warrant.

Timothy W. Hodson, 30, 841 Linden Ave., bench warrant – failure to appear (two counts), bench warrant – failure to comply, Chillicothe warrant, obstructing, resisting.

Carol Tumbleson, 46, 914 E. Market St., no operator’s license.

Shawn Harris, 46, 2819 US 22 SW, obstructing, theft.
