According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 13

Intoxicated Person: At 8:21 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Blackstone Street in reference to a male who was acting erratic and possibly under the influence of drugs. An officer located the male and subsequently arrested Jarrod Nebbergall for disorderly conduct.

Child Endangerment: At 4:04 p.m., officers responded to Frisch’s, located at 1830 Columbus Ave., in reference to two small children running around the parking lot without any supervision. Officers arrived and located a female, identified as Kendra Mckinney, which is the children’s mother. Mckinney appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was unable to properly care for herself or the children. She was arrested for children endangerment.

Theft: At 9:29 p.m., Mindy Pendergraft reported that a known subject had been staying at her residence and several items began to come up missing. A report for theft was taken.
