Fayette County Public Health recently released the following restaurant inspections:
May 24
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, 8205 Factory Shops Boulevard, Jeffersonville, follow-up inspection. Violations/ comments: the hot water is now provided at all sinks. The hot water tank was replaced. Thank you. The mop sink faucet is leaking. Equipment must be maintained in good repair. During the inspection, the leak was in the process of being repaired.
May 21
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, 8205 Factory Shops Boulevard, Jeffersonville, standard inspection. Violations/ comments: no hot water provided to sinks. All sinks must be provided with hot water of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Soil accumulation found around the air vent in storage room. Air ducts must be cleaned and filters changed to prevent accumulation of dust/dirt. All food temperatures were good. Thank you.
Bob Evans Restaurants LLC #288, 11477 Allen Road, Jeffersonville, critical control point (FSO) inspection. Violations/ comments: food debris found on several plates, mugs, condiment cups. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch to prevent contamination. Also, mold residue found inside ice holder and in Cappuccino Machine. Soil accumulation found in the following areas: inside all coolers on the grill line, storage room floor, hot holding cabinet. Nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent soil accumulation. Hot water not provided at the coffee station handwashing sink. Hot water must be provided at all handwashing sinks of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit. CCP Inspection: food equipment and utensils found with food debris. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch to prevent contamination. All food temperatures were good. Thank you.

Court House Nutrition, 118 W. Court St., standard inspection. Violations/ comments: employee health policy unavailable. Employees must be informed of their responsibility to report any food borne illnesses to their managing staff. A few holes found in floor in main service area. Facility must be maintained in good condition. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Thank you.
