April 12

Andre Thomas Jr., 32, 1135 S. Elm St., weapons under disability (third-degree felony), improper handling firearms (fourth-degree felony), aggravated trafficking in drugs (fifth-degree felony).

April 11

Jordan T. Adams, 35, at large, Washington C.H., bench warrant – failure to comply (four counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Nicholas Buckner, 30, at large, violation of protection order, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant (two counts).

Bradon L. Smith, 23, 520 Wilson St., no operator’s license.

April 10

Mark Warner, 44, Frankfort, Ross County receiving stolen property warrant.

Britaney R. Blain, 30, Mt. Sterling, speed, license forfeiture.

Patti L. Smith, 36, 922 Broadway St., speed, failure to reinstate.

Michael A. Marcum, 21, 2795 Worthington Road, reckless operation on private property, window tint violation.

Michael T. Ward, 25, 504 Wilson St., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant.

Randy A. Pollock, 27, at large, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Jeffrey G. Upthegrove, 49, 1844 US 35 NW, stop sign violation.

Robert E. Penwell III, 39, at large, disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Jewel L. Penwell, 36, at large, disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Chester L. Fordyce, 86, Leesburg, failure to assure clear distance ahead.
