Nicholas E. Hatfield, 30, 513 Earl Ave., bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts), Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant.

David M. Weidman, 32, Bloomingburg, speed.

Elizabeth A. Vargas, 21, Charlotte, NC, counterfeiting (fourth-degree felony, three counts).

Ronald E. Shepherd II, 18, 1041 Broadway St., domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor).
