According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Feb. 15

Theft: At 8:20 a.m., Lyle Watters, of Chillicothe, reported tools stolen from the Water Treatment Plant on South Elm Street.

Disorderly Conduct: At 6:36 p.m. after responding to an East Paint Street address for the second time in two hours, Craig Varney was cited for disorderly conduct for continually playing his stereo at an excessive volume level.
