The City of Washington Court House recently presented a New Business Plaque to Pawfections Pet Salon, a full service grooming salon offering bathing, hair blowouts, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and haircuts. Owner and groomer, April Penwell, (pictured middle with daughter, Ava) has over 15 years’ experience with animals ranging from horses to dogs. Pawfections is located at 153 S.
