The Fayette County Commission on Aging has released its menu and activities for the week of April 25 – 29.
MENU
Monday: Sausage gravy over biscuit, hash browns, warm fruit, muffin, orange juice.
Tuesday: Seasoned baked fish, macaroni and cheese, California vegetables, chilled beets, fruit.
Wednesday: Chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes and gravy, cinnamon applesauce, vanilla wafers.
Thursday: Ham and soup beans, cornbread muffins, fruit, cole slaw.
Friday: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, seasoned peas, rolls, unfrosted cake, mandarin oranges.
ACTIVITIES
Monday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. Euchre.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m.exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball.
Thursday: 10 a.m. exercise, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. bingo.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure and 11 a.m. lunch.
