According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 12

Criminal Damaging: At 12:19 a.m., Lacey Duffy reported a criminal damaging complaint. She advised that she observed people get out of a vehicle and slash two of the tires on her father’s vehicle parked in front of the residence. She contacted the police department 45 minutes later, at which time a report was completed.

Burglary: At 8:41 p.m., Katie Creed reported a burglary complaint. She advised that while Roxanne Anthony was incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail, unknown persons entered her residence and stole property. A burglary report was completed and an investigation began. This was the second complaint reported in two days.

Possession of Drugs/Trafficking in Drugs/Drug Abuse Instrument: At 11:30 p.m., officers responded to Peabody Avenue in reference to a hit-and-run accident. The offender’s vehicle was located leaving the scene and a traffic stop was initiated. The driver, Dallas Whaley, was issued a citation and was found to be in possession of suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The drug charges are pending.
