Monica Jones retiring from OSU Extension

0

With mixed emotions, we would like to share that after 23 years of service, Monica Jones is retiring from OSU Extension Fayette County at the end of November.

She has been the friendly face behind our front line, servicing clients at the Extension office, and online as site manager to our Fayette County website. Monica has taken on many additional responsibilities to help the office when needed and ensure we are serving our clients the best we can.

Monica has served as Chi Epsilon Sigma South District Director, received the Friend of 4-H Award by Fayette County 4-H Committee and the State Award of Meritorious Support Service by Cooperative Extension Professional Organization, Epsilon Sigma Phi.

Monica used her creativity to develop many displays, brochures and posters over the years for OSU Extension.

While we will miss Monica’s leadership, insight, and expertise in the office that has benefited OSU Extension tremendously for many years, we wish her the best on her next adventures in retirement!

Due to COVID-19 we cannot have a reception for Monica. However, we know many of you would like to wish Monica a happy retirement. You can send a card to Monica at OSU Extension Fayette County, 1415 US RT 22 SW, Suite 100, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160, an email at [email protected] call Monica at 740-335-1150.

You may also stop by the office during the month of November, Monday through Friday 8-4:30 before she leaves.
