Shaniel E. Carson, 41, 1019 S. Hinde St., license forfeiture suspension.

Roy E. Schwalbauch, 54, Williamsport, Highland County warrant.

Nicholas E. Hatfield, 30, 614 Willabar Drive, non-compliance suspension, possession of drug abuse instruments.

Sarah B. Schwalbauch, 32, Hillsboro, possession of drug abuse instruments.
