Robert M. McKinney, 33, Sabina, obstructing, possession of drug abuse instruments, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Stanley M. Minzler, 40, New Vienna, obstructing, Clinton County warrant.

Keith Kinzer Jr., 33, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Samuel J. Higman, 52, 719 Rawling St. Apt. 112, criminal trespass (fourth-degree misdemeanor).
