According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Debra H.R. Smith-Merz, 19, 543 Warren Ave., bench warrant – failure to appear.

Christopher C. Keller, 30, 867 Potomac Circle, domestic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Michael L. Hicks, 39, London, possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor), ALS suspension.
