According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Aug. 29

Underage Consumption of Alcohol: At 2:09 a.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. While investigating the complaint, 19-year-old Cheyenne Smith was located and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Smith was subsequently arrested and charged.

Assault: At 7:47 p.m., a man reported an assault complaint. He advised that while at Eyman Park, he was assaulted by Ashton Lowe. The victim had visible signs of being assaulted, and a witness was located. Assault charges were filed for Lowe.

Criminal Damaging: At 10:02 p.m., Zachary Miqbel reported a criminal damaging complaint. He advised that unknown persons threw a brick against the side of his girlfriend’s vehicle, causing damage. A criminal damaging complaint was completed.

Theft: At 10:15 p.m., Wyonna Lacey reported a theft complaint. She advised that a known female stole her Apple Pay card from her hotel room. A theft report was completed.

Theft: At 10:53 p.m., Zane Joseph reported a theft complaint. He advised that unknown persons stole his wallet that was sitting near the basketball courts at Belle Aire where he was playing. A theft report was completed.

Aug. 28

Theft: At 10:49 p.m., Jacquelyn Adkins reported a theft complaint. She advised that a known person stole her cell phone. A theft report was completed.

Aug. 27

Disorderly Conduct: At 5:01 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. While investigating the complaint, Leona Mongold continued to act disorderly. She did not cease her actions and was subsequently arrested and charged.
