According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Samuel J. Higman, 52, at large in Washington C.H., criminal trespass.

Female, 17, Leesburg, no operator’s license.

Matthew J. Seitz, 44, Leesburg, no operator’s license, possession of marijuana paraphernalia (minor misdemeanor).
